PROTEIN BALLS - choose your own adventure...

〰️ DO YOU HAVE BALLS?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here's a recipe to say "YES! I have beautiful balls" 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


❧ Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

꙳ 1/2 cup of your favorite protein powder (about 2 scoops)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

꙳ 1/2 cup of your favorite nut (we love macadamias)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

꙳ 1 1/2 cups rolled oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

꙳ 2-3 Tablespoons of your preferred milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

꙳ 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

꙳ Salt, a dash


❧ Coating:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

꙳ 1 Tablespoon of coconut flakes (or cacao powder, Maca, green matcha, cocoa nibs...)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


1 | With a food processor add oats, protein powder, nuts and cinnamon and mix to combine altogether. ⠀⠀⠀

2 | Remove from food processor and move to a large bowl. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3 | Slowly add in milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Use your hands to combine until it comes together in a sticky ball that holds together. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

* If mixture is too dry, add in more liquid but not so much that it won’t hold shape.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4 | Roll into balls using hands. Yield: 20-24 balls (depending on size)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5 | Coat them with your chosen flavor! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

✓ you can store them in the fridge for a week.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
