Banana bread 🍌⠀(V* option included!)
A moist and sweet banana bread coming your way!
This delicious banana bread is super easy to make and customizable with your favorite stir-ins.
꙳ 2 cups of flour (oat is our go-to)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 1 tsp baking soda⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 1/2 tsp pinch Himalayan pink salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 2 bananas (around 200g), mashed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 2 tablespoons flaxseeds ( or 1 egg)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 3 tablespoons of milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted) or olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 2 shakes of cinnamon ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
꙳ 1/4 cup chocolate chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 | Preheat oven to 350 and line the pan with parchment paper.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 | Mix together the freshly ground flax and water. Allow to sit for about seven minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3 | In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and Himalayan pink salt. Set aside.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 | Mix together the mashed bananas, flax mixture or beaten egg, oil, maple syrup or honey and vanilla extract. Once combined, add in flour mixture and stir. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into pan.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5 | Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Perfect as a snack with some nut butter or as a dessert topped with greek yogurt!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
