Our nutrition coach will create an individualized plan based on your calories and macronutrient targets. Our goal is to create a plan with your favorite foods so you can adhere to it in the long-term.

THE IMPORTANCE OF STRENGTH TRAINING

Lean muscle mass naturally diminishes with age. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age. Strength training may also: increase muscle mass, joint flexibility, stronger bones, weight control, and increase flexibility and balance. We will craft a fitness and movement program for you that will include free-weights (or bodyweight exercises) to help you to build muscle, lose fat, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A RICH MACRONUTRIENT DIET IS KEY TO REACH YOUR GOALS

Our nutrition coach will educate you on the importance of every macronutrient to make smart food choices and bust any myths you may have heard (eg. FAT is the enemy!)

Sleep

SLEEP IS THE MOST UNDERRATED PILLAR OF HEALTH

Getting adequate rest enables the body to repair, and be fit and ready for another day. Studies show that it also prevents excess weight gain and heart disease, and reduces illness duration.
