〰️ MY CERTIFICATIONS:
I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also hold the below NASM certifications:
- Group Personal Training Specialist
- Mental Toughness Master
- Speed, Quickness, and Agility Training
- Plant-based diets
My background in athletics is in Tennis - I played under the Spanish Tennis Federation (and yes, I am a huge Rafa Nadal fan!). Beginning at age eleven, I trained for two hours a day, six days a week and travelled across Spain competing in several regional and national tournaments. Like many young athletes I learned how to manage the intensity of competition through hard work and perseverance.

My clients have different training backgrounds, body goals, and needs. This is why I like crafting customized fitness and nutrition programs and adapt my style of coaching to take away the discomfort of thinking about food and exercise, so it becomes second nature to my clients.
As your coach I will listen to what you want to accomplish and translate your goals into a balance and flexible training program and nutrition plan that includes your favorite food and exercises.

If you can't squat, I won't make you squat. If you don't like eggs, I won't make you eat eggs. If you are vegan I will provide you with high-quality plant-based protein sources.
